1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Editaro Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Editaro Studio, a registered entity operating in the United States.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All purchases are processed securely. You authorize Editaro Studio to charge your payment method for any recurring subscriptions.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase.

4. License & Usage Rights

Editaro Studio grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You shall not use the platform for any illegal purposes or to transmit harmful content. Harassing other users or attempting to circumvent security measures is forbidden.

Do not upload viruses or malicious code
Do not share login credentials publicly
Do not scrape content without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All course videos, editorial frameworks, and brand assets are owned by Editaro Studio or its content partners. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or claim ownership of any proprietary materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Editaro Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, including data loss or interruptions in service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at any time without prior notice for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services immediately.

Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
